


Technical Training - Off-road
Similar to my technical road training, but with the added variables of the ever changing terrain and conditions when riding off road. Gravel or Mountain Bike.
A technical training session tailored to your ability and your goals to help you enjoy what I believe to be one of the more fun aspects of riding a bike. In a session like this we cover everything from body positioning, where to look, braking right down to optimum bike setup to ensure you feel confident and comfortable at all times.
You will leave with increased confidence, understanding of bike setup for the terrain you are riding and specific training exercises to continue your progress.
This session is designed to last around 3.5 hours.
